A Dumfries mum has told how she fears the coronavirus outbreak will thwart a long-awaited celebration for her twin daughters.Rebecca Jacques had hoped that the first birthdays of Layla and Mirryn in July could be used as a milestone to introduce the youngsters to her family.She and partner Paul Dempster feared their sick tots would never reach the landmark after Rebecca was forced to battle to save one of their babies at home.But the youngsters fought on and their parents were determined to use their forthcoming birthday celebrations to raise charity cash for Ronald MacDonald House which provided a vital base for the family as the premature babies battled for life.But she now fears the pandemic outbreak will put paid to the fundraising
