Frankie Bridge has discussed her battle with mental illness after being named the winner of the Mental Health Game Changer award at Glamour's Women of the Year Awards 2021.
The former Saturdays singer, 32, spoke emotionally at the streamed ceremony on Thursday about how she has improved her mental wellbeing and overcame thoughts of anxiety.
