These are the images from inside Scotland's NHS Louisa Jordan hospital as construction gets underway inside. The hospital is being set up inside the Scottish Events Campus (SEC) in Glasgow, to help ease the strain on other medical centres amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Photos show progress in room four, the largest hall. Room four is 10,000 square meters and has capacity for 516 beds. Over 750 contractors and NHS staff have been working to create the make-shift hospital since March 31.In the past week, 23 square metres of flooring has been laid, partitions between beds have been erected and 8,000 pieces of medical equipment have been ordered.A brand new bespoke system for an oxygen supply to every bed has also been put in place.Jill
