Due to the spread of coronavirus, shoppers have had to change their shopping habits. Supermarkets have had to implement rules in a bid to ensure the safety of staff and customers.

This means adhering to social distancing rules, the addition of perspex barriers at checkouts, and capping the number of customers inside.

But now supermarkets are urging to be even more wary when they are shopping for their essentials. Asda and Aldi are some of the chains which has implemented a “no touch” rule inside stores in a bid to stop the spread of coronavirus.

Now it seems Home Bargains has followed in their footsteps, and is asking customers to be mindful when touching items in store.
