He's frequently seen taking painkillers to manage symptoms including chest pains, but he hasn't yet revealed his condition.Since his comeback, Joe has been focusing on his brother Noah Dingle (Jack Downham).
While Joe insists he wants to build a relationship with Noah, their mother Charity (Emma Atkins) remains suspicious of his motives, Leicestershire Live reports.This week, however, the plot took a shocking twist when Noah was found drugged and lying in the road, leading to a major limousine crash.
In Thursday's episode (20th February), Noah woke up in hospital where doctors told him he had likely been drugged. As Noah tried to piece together what happened, he had hazy memories of being in a hospital.
