Jeremy Kyle has shared a heart-wrenching account of the moment he "collapsed" and feared he was "dead" upon receiving his cancer diagnosis.
The former ITV presenter, who is now 59, was diagnosed with the illness in 2012 and underwent surgery to remove one of his testicles before Christmas that year.
He later expressed feeling "lucky to be alive" after delaying a visit to the doctors for weeks despite having a "feeling" that something wasn't quite right.
The father of six has now bravely opened up about the horrific ordeal to Kate Garraway for Life Stories on ITV. He discovered his testicle was "95% toxic" and if he hadn't got it removed, it would have spread.
