Kate Middleton and Prince William had a private meeting at Windsor Castle on Wednesday, 2 October with Liz Hatton, a 16-year-old aspiring photographer who has been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer.The Prince and Princess of Wales met Liz when they invited her to take pictures of Prince William's investiture ceremony at the Royal Berkshire residence.
