Kate Middleton has been seen in public for the first time since her abdominal surgery in January. She was reportedly spotted at her favourite farm shop on Saturday (16 March), slowly returning to the public eye after a long recovery from an undisclosed operation. The Princess of Wales was seen enjoying her day out, just a mile away from the Wales family home at Adelaide Cottage in Windsor.
Onlookers told The Sun that Kate seemed "happy, relaxed and healthy" while she was shopping. Before going to the farm shop, she reportedly watched her three children Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5, participate in sports with her husband Prince William.
Kate has been away from public duties since Christmas Day 2023, reports the Mirror. Someone who saw Kate at the Windsor farm shop said: "After all the rumours that had been going round I was stunned to see them there.
Kate was out shopping with William and she looked happy and she looked well. The kids weren’t with them but it’s such a good sign she was healthy enough to pop down to the shops." The princess is expected to return to her public royal duties after the Easter school break on April 17.
