Three children and two women were given 'trauma care' before being rushed to hospital after a crash in south Manchester. The two-car smash happened at the junction of Westcroft Road and Parrs Wood Road, near Fog Lane Park, just after 11pm last night (Thursday).
Police, paramedics and firefighters raced to the scene. A spokesperson for the fire service said trauma care was given to three children and two women by firefighters and paramedics.

Firefighters 'made the scene safe' before handing over to police officers. A stretch of the road near Fog Lane Park, on the border of Burnage and Didsbury, was taped off after the incident.
