OLNEY - A 30-year-old woman is in critical condition and her 2-year-old daughter was shot in both legs after a shooting in Olney.The shooting happened on the 100 block of East Albanus Street Wednesday night, just after 8:15.Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small said the little girl was shot in both legs.
