EAST GERMANTOWN - East Germantown was the scene of a triple shooting that killed two adults and a 12-year-old. The shooting happened on the 700 block of East Locust Avenue, in Philadelphia’s East Germantown neighborhood, Thursday afternoon, around 2:15, officials said.The three fatally shot were all taken to Einstein Medical Center by police.Police stated the adults were 47 and 30-years of age.MORE HEADLINES:According to officials, at least 12 rifle rounds were found all over the block. MESA, Ariz. - An Apache Junction man is accused of indecently exposing himself to other drivers along US 60 in Mesa.The victims, who are shaken up by the whole incident, say the suspect then followed them. PHILADELPHIA - An investigation is underway with homicide detectives after a man was fatally shot on Wednesday night in Philadelphia. Authorities say the shooting took place on the 6700 block of Woodland Avenue just after 8 p.m. According to officials, 31-year-old Hakeem Sehneah was found with multiple gunshot wounds. Police say officers transported him to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 10:23 p.m. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESOfficials say Sehneah lived on the 6700 block of Woodland Avenue where the shooting erupted. Detectives say the investigation is active and ongoing. 

DALLAS - A North Texas mail carrier is dead after passing out while on his route during the excessive heat.The family of Eugene Gates Jr. says he's the postal worker who died in the Lakewood area on Tuesday. The heat index reached nearly 115 degrees.Gates was a longtime letter carrier who worked for the United States Postal Service for nearly 40 years. Tuesday, the 66-year-old left his Lancaster home early in the morning for work at the Lakewood Postal Station in Dallas. Gates’ wife tells FOX 4 that just after 4 p.m.

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - A large fire in Atlantic City in six rowhomes has injured three people, after 10 were rescued from the burning buildings.The fire happened Wednesday afternoon, around 1 p.m., on the 1500 block of Belfield Avenue, according to authorities.Atlantic City fire crews arrived to heavy smoke and flames and quickly alerted a third-alarm.10 people were rescued from the six rowhomes on fire. Officials said three of those people were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.

police lights (FOX 9)PHILADELPHIA - Authorities say a man has barricaded himself inside a South Philadelphia home after allegedly shooting two people. Police say two people, a 29-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman, drove to the Philadelphia Police Department's first district and told officer they were shot. Police drove the victims to Penn Presbyterian Hospital where they were each placed in stable condition, according to police. Investigators later learn that the man and woman were shot on the 2300 block of Bambrey Street.

WEST PHILADELPHIA - A shooting on a West Philadelphia street injures two men, one critically.The shooting happened on the 400 block of North Wanamaker Street about 7:15 Wednesday evening, according to authorities.A 23-year-old and a 20-year-old man were both injured when the gunfire took place outside on the street near some homes, according to authorities.Police took the 23-year-old man to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. He is critical after he was shot in the abdomen.The 20-year-old was also taken by police to Presbyterian with two gunshot wounds to the arm.

GRANT COUNTY, Wash. - The man charged with killing two people and injuring three others at the Gorge Amphitheatre last week claimed he was hallucinating on mushrooms and believed "the world was ending," according to court documents obtained by FOX 13 News.An active duty soldier stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, 26-year-old James Kelly, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and three counts of first-degree assault – one of those a domestic violence charge.A detective with Washington State Patrol interviewed Kelly while he was being treated at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane.

NEW BRITIAN, Pa. - Authorities pulled the body of a 9-year-old boy from waters of a Bucks County pond Monday night. Police in New Britain Township were called to a pond near the intersection of Vaux and Hickory roads around 6 p.m. for reports of a missing child. Officers immediately found the boy's bicycle with a fishing pole beside it, authorities said.

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. - A Florida man desperate to hide drugs chose to swallow cocaine he had in his possession during a traffic stop Tuesday night, according to deputies. Flagler County deputies said Leslie Brock swallowed the drugs as deputies were trying to pull him over for a traffic infraction. When deputies approached the driver's side of the vehicle, deputies spotted a torn open baggie on his lap with small white flakes consistent with cocaine on his shorts. The Flagler Sheriff's Office shared body camera video of the arrest, which showed Brock refusing to step out of the car multiple times when asked. "Step out of the car," a deputy is heard saying. "What I did, though," Brock replied. Deputies ultimately removed Brock from the car and placed him in handcuffs.At the scene, they tested the flakes found in his car which were presumptive positive for cocaine, officials said.Leslie Brock is asked multiple times to step out the vehicle by Flagler County deputies.

Royal Canadian Air Force helicopter has ended and the two members are confirmed by the military to have died in a crash early Tuesday near Ottawa.The Department of National Defence confirmed the deaths in a statement Wednesday.“The two missing air crew members from the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) CH-147F Chinook that crashed in the Ottawa River in the early hours of Tuesday June 20, were found last evening,” the department said.“Tragically, neither member survived.”The names of the deceased individuals are not being released at the request of their families.The four-member crew was on a training mission when the Chinook helicopter they were in crashed into the Ottawa River near Garrison Petawawa, Ont.Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was the first to confirm any deaths from the crash Tuesday afternoon, but did not did not specify which members or how many had been killed.“This incident is a painful reminder that members of the Canadian Armed Forces undertake great risks to defend Canada, whether in combat or in training,” said Defence Minister Anita Anand in a press conference Wednesday morning.She said both of the members injured in the crash were treated for minor injuries, and have since been released.A team of more than 110 Canadian Armed Forces members on the shore and water, an Ontario Provincial Police marine and dive unit, and local fire departments were involved in the search mission Tuesday.Chief of Defence Staff Gen. BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. - A 19-year-old wanted by police has turned herself in after admitting to the sexual assault of a child she babysat, according to authorities.Taylor Camryn Leigh, of Quakerotwn, is charged with indecent assault, endangering the welfare of a chid and corruption of a child.Police say a "sensitive-aged" child told their parents that the babysitter sexually abused them, then said not to tell anyone.The assaults occurred inside the child's home several times over the past year.MORE HEADLINES:An arrest warrant was issued for Leigh, who was the child's babysitter at the time.Officials say she later admitted to the abuse after turning herself into authorities last week.

COAL CREEK CANYON, Colo. - Colorado Parks and Wildlife said a man in his late 50s was trampled by a moose while he was walking his dogs In Coal Creek Canyon Monday morning.KDVR identified the man as 58-year-old Robert Standerwick. According to CPW, the man told authorities he was walking two dogs when he surprised a cow moose and her calf while turning along the trail path. He said the moose then charged and knocked him down, stomping on him several times. CPW said the man was armed and fired two shots in the air, which startled the moose.
