World F1 champion Lewis Hamilton has opened up on life without the sport as chiefs eye a July start to the season. The season has been postponed so far due to the coronavirus pandemic with three races having been cancelled all together.
There are still hopes that a 15-18 race season can take place, potentially starting with the Austrian Grand Prix on July 5. Hamilton was favourite to retain his title, and is likely to remain as No 1 pick whenever the season does get underway.
But the six-time world champion has opened up on the sadness he is facing without the sport at the current time. Hamilton wrote on social media: “I miss racing everyday.
