Lorraine Kelly opened up about her fears as she gets older, admitting her health is something she's grown concerned about. Earlier this year, the TV presenter spoke candidly about her fears and how close pal Fiona Phillips' early Alzheimer's diagnosis has worried her.
Lorraine, 64, said she fears "losing herself" and is mindful of looking after herself by eating well and doing "crosswords every day".
Speaking to WOMAN Magazine, the TV star confessed in March: "As I get older, the only thing that's a big worry is health and losing myself." She went on to discuss former GMTV Today presenter Fiona, 63, and branded her "so strong".
Fiona was diagnosed with Alzheimer's at the age of 61 and publicly shared her diagnosis in 2022. Lorraine continued: "Obviously, my lovely friend Fiona has been diagnosed with dementia.
