Matt Lucas has shared his views on Boris Johnson’s Sunday night announcement surrounding the coronavirus lockdown. The Prime Minister has come under fire from Minister of Scotland Nicola Sturgeon along with the general public for his mixed messages during his "confusing" speech.

The Little Britain star mocked the Prime Minister, impersonating his voice as he delivered a befuddled speech that took aim at the unclear message given by Boris.

During the broadcast, which aired at 7pm on Sunday, the new lockdown rules stated people who can’t work from home can return to work, but should avoid public transport, instead walking or cycling is encouraged.
