Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson Hon FRIBA  (born 19 June 1964) is a British politician, writer, and former journalist serving as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Conservative Party since 2019. He was Foreign Secretary from 2016 to 2018 and Mayor of London from 2008 to 2016. Johnson was Member of Parliament for Henley from 2001 to 2008 and has been MP for Uxbridge and South Ruislip since 2015. Ideologically, Johnson identifies as a one-nation conservative.

He is currently a co-presenter of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain from Monday to Wednesday each week. Morgan began his career in Fleet Street as a writer and editor for several tabloid papers, including The Sun, News of the World, and the Daily Mirror. In 1994, aged 29, he was appointed editor of the News of the World by Rupert Murdoch, which made him the youngest editor of a British national newspaper in more than half a century.

Dr Hilary Jones called prime minister Boris Johnson's latest advice against the coronavirus "illogical" on Good Morning Britain on Tuesday.

His co-stars Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid couldn't help mock the comments he'd addressed the nation with, as the government were forced to make the new measures clearer to the public.

After another daily briefing and the release of a 50 page document on how the government plans to tackle Covid-19 and lockdown in the UK, more details and rules were confirmed.

As many remained confused, Susanna pointed out the contradiction of what was being adviced. Piers confessed he didn't know what a weekend was anymore, before moving on to bank holidays.
