One of the doctors facing charges relating to the death of Matthew Perry has reached a plea deal that could carry a lengthy prison sentence.
The Friends star, who played Chandler Bing on the popular sitcom, passed away at the age of 54 in October 2023. His cause of death was determined to be from “acute effects of ketamine.” Earlier this month, multiple arrests were made in relation to his death.

Mark Chavez pleaded guilty to a count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine. He could face up to 10 years in prison.
