The members of Jane’s Addiction have sadly decided to cancel the remaining dates of their tour after members Perry Farrell and Dave Navarro had an onstage altercation last week.
The quartet – comprised of Perry, Dave, Stephen Perkins and Eric Avery – cut a September 13 show in Boston, Massachusetts short after Perry attempted to punch Dave.
In the aftermath, they cancelled a show that was supposed to take place on September 15 in Connecticut. On Monday (September 16), the band issued a statement revealing that they decided to cut the tour short. Dave also issued a personal statement on the situation. As such, they will be cancelling the remainder of the tour. Refunds for the cancelled dates will be issued at your point of purchase – or if you purchased from a third-party resale site like StubHub, SeatGeek, etc, please reach out to them direct,” the band wrote on Instagram. Dave issued a separate statement on his Instagram account, which was cosigned by Eric and Stephen.
