Palace officially reveals if King Charles will attend Easter service amid cancer treatment

The outing will be one of the former Prince of Wales’ first public appearances since announcing the news of his illness in February.However, Kate Middleton — who is currently dealing with her own cancer — and husband Prince William will not be walking alongside the royal family to church this year.

Despite Charles staying mostly behind closed doors as he recovers, it is still business as usual for him.He has continued to attend his weekly meetings with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and has been working at his home office while recuperating.As for the Princess of Wales, 42, she and William, 41, have decided to spend the holiday at their home in Amner Hall on the Sandringham Estate with their children — Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5.Middleton will not go back to her royal duties until her doctors have given her the green light.“The princess will return to official duties when she is cleared to do so by her medical team,” a palace spokesperson told the Post on March 22 — the same day she announced her harrowing diagnosis. “She is in good spirits and is focused on making a full recovery,” they added.

The Duchess of Cambridge gave a health update after months of staying out of the spotlight following her January abdominal surgery.
