Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan (born 30 March 1965) is an English broadcaster, journalist, writer, and television personality. He is currently a co-presenter of the ITV Breakfast programme Good Morning Britain from Monday to Wednesday each week. Morgan began his career in Fleet Street as a writer and editor for several tabloid papers, including The Sun, News of the World, and the Daily Mirror. In 1994, aged 29, he was appointed editor of the News of the World by Rupert Murdoch, which made him the youngest editor of a British national newspaper in more than half a century.

PIERS Morgan and Joe Wicks have mended their four-year feud after the Good Morning Britain host was accused of bullying the fitness guru in 2016.

Piers, 55, has been forced to change his tune about 33-year-old Joe, who has been keeping the nation active during coronavirus lockdown with daily PE lessons for all of the family.

Appearing on GMB earlier today, Joe opened up about the impact the pandemic has had on his mental health - and why this has spurred him on to keep Britain moving.

He explained: "I have days where I wake up feeling low and flat but I always use exercise as a way of lifting my mood, and that's what this workout is going to do.
