The Five Sisters Zoo is appealing for people’s support after it closed to help in the fight against coronavirus.The charity needs the public’s help so it can continue its great work in looking after its animals - which includes those rescued from a life of suffering.Duo the COVID-19 pandemic, the attraction has been forced to close its doors to the public for the first time since the tragic fire back in 2013.Adele Copeland from the zoo said: “We are calling all our visitors and supporters to help us during this difficult time and to help ensure our doors reopen.“With essential overheads of over £35,000 per month (excluding wages) with next to no income, we are trying our best to keep going however we are struggling.“So any donations large
