The Prince of Wales attended the BAFTA film awards alone on Sunday (February 18) after a week punctuated by further royal drama.Traditionally, Prince William - who is the President of BAFTA - has been joined by the Princess of Wales at the glittering awards ceremony, but she stayed at home to continue her recuperation.
As well as the worries about Kate's health, William has been dealt further blows with his father King Charles' cancer diagnosis and rumours about his brother Prince Harry wanting to return to Royal duties.
As he arrived at the awards, he was greeted by Elaine Bedell, the chief executive of the Southbank Centre and gave an update on Kate's condition.
