Princess Anne paid a touching tribute to Queen Elizabeth II as she donned her late mother's purple check coat as she paid a visit to Chilwell in Nottingham. The Princess Royal, 73, opted to pair the coat with a purple skirt and black boots, and accessorised with a simple brooch. The coat had previously been worn by her late mother back in 2010.
Anne wore the coat as she paid a visit to Nottingham West Primary Care Network at Eastwood Primary Care Centre, in her role as patron of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
During her outing, Anne opted against responding to questions about her brother, King Charles's, health, following his recent cancer diagnosis.
Buckingham Palace shared the shock news of the King's diagnosis in a statement released on Monday, 5 February, which read: "During The King's recent hospital procedure for benign prostate enlargement, a separate issue of concern was noted. "Subsequent diagnostic tests have identified a form of cancer.
