Rangers pub landlord 'started planning his funeral' during coronavirus battle

The landlord of a popular Rangers boozer says he started planning his own funeral after a vicious bout of coronavirus. Robert Marshall said he first picked up Covid-19 towards the end of March, forcing him to sit out the Europa League defeat to Bayer Leverkusen.

But then things took a chilling turn for the worse as he health deteriorated and he lost his sense of taste and smell. And his condition got so bad, he began to think the disease was going to kill him.

Mr Marshall, whose pub lies a short distance from Ibrox Stadium, told Daily Star Online: "I've already had the virus, it was at the end of March. "Trust me when you've got it you know you've got it.
