LAS VEGAS - New details were released Thursday on the DUI arrest of former Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch from earlier this week in Las Vegas. On Aug. 9 before 7:30 a.m, an officer was conducting a vehicle stop on a car for a man asleep behind the wheel.According to a police report, the car had significant damage, with no rim or tire on the driver’s side front wheel, with dents and dings on the rear driver’s side wheel that about to fall off and the front passenger rim and tire that was almost off. The officer noticed the car was not running but the car had a push button to start and the keys were with the driver. The driver, who was later identified as Lynch, was asleep behind the wheel with the driver’s door open and leaning back in the seat, documents said. Investigators noted Lynch would speak and fell in and out of sleep several times throughout the encounter. According to the police report, the officer noticed a strong odor of alcohol emitting from the car and Lynch, his eyes were bloodshot and watery, and he had one shoe on.  Lynch told the officer that he was "not drinking and he does not do drugs, but that he stole the vehicle," documents said. The report said the responding officer asked Lynch if he would exit the car, he refused and became uncooperative.

CINCINNATI - A potential threat at an FBI field office in Ohio sent police on a chase after an unknown suspect who remains at large Thursday morning, according to a source and local reports. A law enforcement source confirmed to Fox News an incident happened at the FBI Cincinnati Field Office involving an armed suspect who fled the scene. Unconfirmed information shared internally among agents suggested the suspect possibly brandished a nail gun and an AR-15 style rifle, the source said.Law enforcement pursued chase, and the suspect traveled about 60 miles northwest before the pursuit ended at I-71 and Hwy 73. PROSPECT PARK, Pa. - SkyFOX was over an accident scene Wednesday afternoon after a tractor trailer struck a beam of an Amtrak bridge in Delaware County and got stuck. The bright yellow bridge, located at 11th and Lincoln Avenues in Prospect Park, has significant damage after the tractor trailer crashed into it, according to Prospect Park Police Chief Dave Madonna. These accidents seem to happen often in this area as the truck drivers think they have clearance to pass underneath the bridge, which is only 12 feet, 6 inches high.Businesses in the area say the impact was so loud, they could hear the "bang" when it happened.

Tyshaun Harvey, 21, was arrested by U.S. Marshalls in California.  POTTSTOWN, Pa. - A man sought in connection with a murder in Pottstown has been arrested in California, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney. Authorities say Tyshaun Harvey, 21, was sought for the murder of 22-year-old Nahmer Baird in Pottstown. Baird was reportedly killed after an alleged shootout between the occupants of his Nissan Sentra and a Chrysler 300 at Locust Alley and West Street on May 29, according to officials. His car then crashed head-on into a Dodge pickup truck two blocks away, injuring its male driver.

PHILADELPHIA - A Philadelphia police officer has been placed arrested and charged for threatening and assaulting his former partner, who is the mother of his four children. According to the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, Ramon Chaulisant, 33, was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, theft, possession of an instrument of crime, harassment, and related charges. Chaulisant has also been placed on administrative duty and his service weapon was confiscated by authorities, the DA's Office says. According to police, in February, Chausilant allegedly struck his former partner in the face and body at her home while he was visiting his children. The officer is accused of forcing the woman down a set of stairs and kicking her front door, doing damage to the door frame. Months later, in April, Chaulisant called police to his home to make a report against his former partner, who was trying to pick up their children, law enforcement says. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESOfficials say he also told responding officers that they would find his former partner "face down."On August 1, Chaulisant allegedly broke dishes during a verbal fight with the woman at her home before threatening to kill her, breaking her car window with a free weight and stealing her laptop and iPhone,  according to the DA's Office. Authorities say the couple's four children were present at during all of the incidents. "I want to thank PPD Internal Affairs and my office's Special Investigations Unit for effectively intervening in a highly dangerous situation for a mother and her four young children," District Attorney Larry Krasner said.
