The Last Dinner Party has postponed their show in Cardiff tonight (September 29) due to illness.The 2024 Mercury Prize-nominated band are currently on a sold-out UK and Ireland headline tour in support of their debut album ‘Prelude To Ecstasy’, which was the biggest UK Number One debut album in nine years.

They are set to follow it with a European tour later this year.However, the band confirmed on their Instagram story that their show tonight at Cardiff Tramshed will not be going ahead.

However, they did suggest the show will eventually take place at a future date.“With great regret tonight’s performance at the Cardiff Tramshed is cancelled due to illness.

We are truly sorry for those of you that were looking forward to the show” they wrote.“Thank you for understanding, we appreciate you guys so much and we look forward to seeing you next time.
