Jenna Fischer has a shocking health update to share. On Tuesday, everyone’s favorite receptionist took to Instagram to share news that she was diagnosed with Stage 1 Triple Positive Breast Cancer last year.

The 50-year-old, who iconically played Pam Beesly on The Office for eight years, shared a photo of herself taken by co-star and Office Ladies podcast co-host Angela Kinsey’s husband Josh Snyder.

In the photo, she’s holding a white and pink mug while sporting a black blazer, white t-shirt, polka dot headband, and short hair.

She wrote: Nooo! Not Pam! But through the miracle that is modern medicine and technology, Jenna happily revealed that she is now “cancer free.” She wrote: Hooray!
