Timo Werner has been told that it might be in his best interests to stay at RB Leipzig this summer amid ongoing talk of a move to Liverpool.
The Germany international has been heavily linked with a switch to Anfield but the Reds are now believed to be reassessing their targets amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Many teams are expected to struggle financially this summer which will in turn put paid to most heavy spending in the transfer market.
Werner, who has also attracted interest from Chelsea and Bayern Munich, has a £50million release clause and has been holding out for Liverpool to snap him.
