Tyson Fury sends coronavirus message after UK heads into lockdown

Tyson Fury has urged people to heed Boris Johnson’s warning over the coronavirus which has gripped the nation. The Prime Minister put the country in lockdown and told people to stay indoors.

It means that new, stricter curbs on day-to-day life have been imposed, including shops closing, gatherings of more than two banned and police action.

For sport, it has ravaged almost every event possible with the Premier League, horse racing, rugby and cricket and boxing all affected.

It remains to be seen whether or not Fury’s rematch with Deontay Wilder will go ahead. Nevertheless, the Gypsy King has urged Britons to stay at home as the virus sweeps the nation.
