Throughout the coronavirus pandemic, the NHS has been there to offer advice to the British public. On the NHS website you can find out the main symptoms of coronavirus, and what to do if you experience them.
But there is also advice on how you should be looking after your health and wellbeing while we’re urged to stay at home. Some of the advice involves trying to keep yourself busy, and doing light exercise at home, or outside once a day.
Another key piece of advice is to “consider taking 10 micrograms of vitamin D each day if you’re indoors most of the day”. The NHS says the reason for this is to “keep your bones and muscles healthy”.
