A Wishaw life coach is aiming to tackle the growing mental health crisis by hosting a major event in Glasgow later this year.

Nicola Creen is a qualified life coach and mental health expert and has been inspired to organise Phoenix Rising which will feature life coaches from across the globe.Her idea came after spending time with American “ultimate coach” Steve Hardison.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
