Aaron Pierre, Tiffany Boone, & More 'Mufasa' Cast Members Attend L.A. Premiere Alongside Beyonce & Blue Ivy!
The cast of the new movie Mufasa: The Lion King stepped out for the film’s world premiere in Los Angeles! Aaron Pierre and Tiffany Boone were among the stars who joined icon Beyonce and her daughter Blue Ivy Carter on the red carpet on Monday night (December 9) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
The new film calls on Rafiki to relay the legend of Mufasa to young lion cub Kiara, daughter of Simba and Nala, with Timon and Pumbaa lending their signature schtick.
Told in flashbacks, the story introduces Mufasa as an orphaned cub, lost and alone until he meets a sympathetic lion named Taka—the heir to a royal bloodline.
The chance meeting sets in motion an expansive journey of an extraordinary group of misfits searching for their destiny—their bonds will be tested as they work together to evade a threatening and deadly foe. Blue Ivy voices the role of Kiara with Beyonce returning as Nala! Aaron joins the cast as Mufasa while Tiffany plays Sarabi.
