In the wake of the protests following the deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor, as well as the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic that is disproportionately affecting Black-owned small businesses, Bethenny Frankel is making a difference with her disaster relief initiative, B Strong.

The Real Housewives of New York City alum announced her plan to provide relief to Black-owned businesses on Twitter, noting, “B Strong will donate cash cards to Black-owned businesses who have suffered.

Our goal is to start w a small number of 100 businesses. My goal was 20k coronakits, and we did $18m, so let’s dream big,” adding the hashtag “this is a cultural crisis.”  Just 14 hours after posting her initial tweet, Bethenny shared an update
