Prime Minister Boris Johnson remains in hospital for observations after being admitted on Sunday night with persistent coronavirus symptoms.
He was admitted to St Thomas's Hospital in London for tests ten days after he tested positive for COVID-19. It is understood Mr Johnson had a “comfortable night” and is in “good spirits”, the Prime Minister’s official spokesman has said.
They say he is still in charge of government and continues to receive a red box with official papers.
