Boris Johnson is up and walking, Downing Street have confirmed, as the Prime Minister continues his battle with coronavirus at St Thomas’ Hospital.
The Prime Minister was moved out of intensive care to a general ward on Thursday 9th April, after medics at the London hospital were able to bring down his temperature.
He remains in hospital, where he is “receiving aid” during his recovery, and has thanked the “whole clinical team for the incredible care” he has received.
