This Morning presenter Cat Deeley has revealed the ups and downs of her journey to feeling comfortable in her own skin. Despite her polished, ultra-glamorous appearance today, Cat candidly admits to enduring "so many beauty disasters" in the past.

In a recent interview with the Express, Cat reflected on her "ugly duckling" moments, reminiscing about her past fashion and beauty mishaps. "I mean, I've had a terrible perm, I had one eyebrow, I then had two very thin eyebrows, I even had really short hair that looked like a giant mushroom!" she cringed.

From experimenting with every hair colour under the sun to enduring questionable hairstyles, Cat's journey to finding her signature look has been a rollercoaster.

But through it all, Cat has learned valuable lessons about self-acceptance and confidence. She shared: "There is nothing I haven't done, but [for] women [to feel] very comfortable in their own skin, I think you have to kind of go through that to work out what doesn't work for you!" Embracing her imperfections and her unique beauty, Cat believes that feeling comfortable in one's own skin is the key to true beauty. "I think then she is incredibly beautiful and incredibly charismatic.
