Nikita Kuzmin left Celebrity Big Brother fans puzzled after he was spotting with what appeared to be a mobile phone in the Diary Room.The Strictly Come Dancing star went for a chat with Big Brother early in the morning when viewers spotted the device.

Nikita, 25, could be seen sitting down in his pyjamas holding a mug while the device balanced on his thigh. Many CBB fans took to social media to question why he had a phone, as the show famously doesn't allow housemates to have any access with the outside world.

However, others were quick to point out that Nikita has diabetes and the 'phone' was in fact a blood sugar monitor.The dancer has previously spoken about his health condition, which he was diagnosed with as a teenager.

Many viewers criticised CBB for giving Nikita limited screen time, resulting in fans not being aware of his diabetes.Taking to X, a confused fan said: "Was that a phone on nikitas lap in the diary room?".
