Channel 4 put porn drama on hold as it's 'too X-rated' to air before 10pm

Channel 4 has reportedly delayed transmission of its new porn industry drama Adult Material, because it's too naughty to air before 10pm.

The drama had been scheduled to air in the spring, but it's reported that it now won't be on screens until the autumn. On top of its X-rated content, it's thought that the show would struggle against the daily coronavirus updates, which are attracting a huge 6.5million viewers.

A source said: "Channel 4 are incredibly proud of this brave drama and see it as one of the jewels in the crown of its TV shows in 2020.
