Davina McCall has issued a health update following her brain surgery - and she has some exciting news. Just a few weeks after her operation, the TV favourite has slowly returned to the spotlight and has now spoken about her role on the new series of The Masked Singer next year.

Taking to Instagram on Monday, 16 December, Davina shared a video as she addressed the camera with her update for her 2M followers.

She shared: "Hi, just a quick update to let everyone know that I'm doing well. And the last couple of days I've really, really, really felt miles better and I've come in to London today to celebrate one of Michael's boy's birthdays, so that's lovely." She continued: "I just wanted to also say that the picture of me in the wig was from when we recorded The Masked Singer earlier on this year, before my operation.

So I was fit as a fiddle then. I'm still recovering right now and I'm planning on getting back to work in about a month." Davina signed off the video message with: "But I just wanted to let you all know, ok." The update for her TV return comes after photos of the TV presenter in a short pixie-cut blonde wig were revealed ahead of the 2025 series of The Masked Singer.
