A devastating photograph shows the colleagues of a midwife who died after testing positive for coronavirus "united in grief".
The tragic death of heroic Lynsay Coventry, 54, was confirmed today by The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust. She sadly died on Thursday after testing positive for the disease at the Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust and is the first serving NHS midwife to die from the pandemic.
A fellow midwife paid tribute to Lynsay by posting an emotive picture and message on Facebook, which has since been shared 31,000 times.
