Christmas has been and gone, and now everyone is preparing for a big New Year's Eve celebrations. To welcome in the new year, some people go out partying, others spend the night at home with friends or loved ones, and some pretend it's just a normal night and go to bed at 10 pm.
But with the approach of a new year, many people will have started to think about their new year's resolutions, and how they can improve in the upcoming year.
Many of these resolutions tend to revolve around health - some people want to lose weight, some people want to do more exercise, and many people vow to get more sleep.
A survey from Bensons for Beds found half of UK adults say getting more sleep is their top prioritygoing into the New Year, compared to just 29% pledging to lose weight and 24% aiming to get fitter.
