Good Morning Britain 's Dr Hilary has laid to rest questions on the new government guidance. He explained why we are now allowed to meet one member of a household, but not two.
People had been questioning why they could visit one parent and stay two metres apart but not both at a time. Susanna Reid and Piers Morgan laid into the new rules and the slogan of "stay alert" which replaced the "stay home" message.
Piers said: "I spoke to the two sons of mine I haven't seen in ten weeks, and we worked out that I can now meet one of them, in either their local park or mine, and maintain social distancing. "But the other one can wait, lurking in the corner, and then when I'm finished with the first one...
