Emmerdale, EastEnders and Hollyoaks have all been fuming as the soaps have been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. Tonight is the first time since the UK has been put into lockdown that ITV, BBC and Channel 4 have all pulled their shows.

EastEnders' show runner Jon Sen posted the news on Twitter, writing: "Just to let you know that after the news last week that we are postponing filming, we are all still working hard behind the scenes planning stories for when we return."
