Communual bins provided to travelling people have had to be taken away . . . after the caravan group dumped GAS cannisters inside them.Worried council bosses have now removed the giant wheeled “Euro bin” from the site in Newton-on-Ayr.They were stunned to find the travellers were putting their discarded gas bottles of propane or butane inside the bins.The group have been at the illegal encampment in Weir Road for three weeks.But they have been allowed to stay by South Ayrshire Council due to the pandemic.Now the refuse department are having to pick up the waste on a DAILY basis, to the fury of residents.One said: “We are paying to get our non-recyclables uplifted every three weeks.“This group of non-residents pay nothing, and get a daily
