SPFL reconstruction plans appear to be over after top flight clubs indicated there wasn't enough support to change the set up.
Any bid to add teams to the leagues needs 11 out of 12 Premiership clubs to vote it through, as well as eight of 10 from the Championship and 15 from League's One and Two combined.
But it now appears that it won't happen for the 2020/21 season, although the idea could be brought back to the table in future seasons if there's enough appetitie.
