Michelle Keegan has previously opened up about her battle with anxiety, and how she deals with it. The former Coronation Street star, 36, has shot to global fame following the success of Netflix thriller series Fool Me Once, leaving fans wondering just how she manages her high-stress career.

Back in 2018, Michelle shared that she suffers from anxiety, and that she can sometimes feel anxious over the small things. At the time, she told Cosmopolitan: "I get it quite a lot over little things.

It comes in waves. I use breathing techniques, or I go to the gym. That always helps me. I sweat it out and feel better and lighter." Michelle recently opened up about how she feels like an "imposter" in her career and fears she'll "never work again" after each and every acting role she signs on to.

During a chat with Fearne Cotton on her Happy Place podcast, Michelle explained: "I've said it before that I suffer a lot with imposter syndrome. "So I will be doing a job and as soon as I wrap on that job, I'm like, 'Right, well I'm never gonna work again.' You know, that was good while it lasted. That's it, that's me done. "So yeah, I always have that slight panic, no matter what I've finished, or if I'm going onto something else.
