Katie Price was left in tears during a ski trip following her latest round of cosmetic surgery.The 45 year old is well-known for her love of cosmetic enhancements, having recently undergone her biggest boob job to date - her 16th in total.The former model and reality TV star, often flaunts her figure in tight clothing, making the most of her money.

Recently, she opted for a non-surgical procedure to enhance her bum, which she shared with her millions of fans on social media.

However, her passion for body enhancement comes at a cost, as she confessed it left her emotional during a skiing holiday with her boyfriend and Married At First Sight star JJ Slater.

During a new podcast, Katie was asked when she last cried, reports the Mirror. She replied: "Skiing - because I f***ing can't ski, and I tell you what, argh, I looked like I could ski, I had all the gear and no idea." The reality personality continued on the Anything Goes podcast: "Trying to get up with my bum filler and t**s, as well as my body, when I'd fall over, trying to get my feet out of the skis and then lifting myself back up, I was literally like 'I f***ing hate this, I hate skiing!'" Katie continued: "Then, because I was getting exhausted, cry, like disappointed in myself.
