TV doctor, Dr Tijion Esho, who's made appearances on ITV's This Morning, BBC's Morning Live and E4's Body Fixers, has been struck off after admitting to an improper emotional relationship with a patient. The 42 year old admitted swapping "inappropriate" sexual messages with a woman, known as Patient A, who provided sex services via OnlyFans and webcams, on Instagram, but denied any physical contact.
However, a Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS) panel ruled that he did have sexual intercourse with the patient at his clinic in Newcastle upon Tyne in 2021 and administered free botox. They also discovered he had behaved inappropriately during previous consultations; at one, he stroked her hair and rubbed himself against her after making unprofessional remarks about her bottom, at another, he let her masturbate him.
After finding that his fitness to practice medicine was impaired due to his misconduct, the MPTS decided to remove Dr Esho from the medical register in a private hearing held on Saturday.
Details of their decision are expected to be released next week. Among the "inappropriate" Instagram messages sent to Patient A between July 2019 and February 2022 was an exchange in September 2019 when he said: "What you doing to me lol.
