Lewis Capaldi supported the Black Lives Matter movement this weekend by attending a protest in Edinburgh. The Someone You Loved singer joined thousands of protestors at Holyrood Park in the Scottish city on Sunday (7 June) in memory of George Floyd, who died last month following a brutal arrest by police officers in Minnesota.Putting health and safety first amid the coronavirus pandemic, Lewis wore a black face mask and while he was accompanied by a group of friends, appeared to be socially distanced from other protestors.
At one point, Lewis and his mates stopped to take a swig from his water bottle before giving a thumbs up to fans. Lewis, 23, took part in Blackout Tuesday last week, which saw celebrities around the world share black.
