Nicola Sturgeon has confirmed lockdown restrictions will be eased on Friday as the Covid-19 infection rate continues to fall.

The First Minister reminded Scots to be "respectful of each other’s space... and remember that each individual decision you take affects the wellbeing of all of us".

You will be able to meet friends or family from one other household in a park or other open space, or in a private garden.But you must maintain social distancing and remain two metres apart from anyone in another household.
