PHILADELPHIA - City officials have reported two heat-realted deaths in Philadelphia over the weekend as a dangerous heatwave continues to bake the Delaware Valley.
A spokesperson for the Philadelphia Department of Public Health told FOX 29 that both deaths happened during the city's Heat Health Emergency.
The spokesperson did not share information on the age of the people who died or the circumstances that lead to their deaths.
Philadelphia declared a Heat Health Emergency last week as temperatures cranked into the mid-to-upper 90s with humidity.
